Strength: Build Strength With Your Own Bodyweight, Weights, One Or The Other, Or A Combination Of Both With Your Specific Goals, Postural Traits, Strengths And Weaknesses In Mind. Learn How To Rotate And Articulate Your Joints, Integrate And Engage Muscles, And Build Strength Throughout A Broad Range Of Motion.

Skills: Handstands And Arm Balances, Are Fun Skills To Learn That Require Specific Programming And Nuance To Perform Skillfully And Progressively. David Will Coach You With Exercises Exercises And Techniques Specific To Your Goals.

Alignment/Centering/Adjustments: Nobody Is Perfectly Aligned And The Pursuit Of Perfection Is Not The Goal.Past Injuries, Ongoing Habits, And The Type Of Work And Lifestyle We Lead Can Lead Us To Either Overuse Or Underuse Areas Of Our Body, Create Habitual Movement Patterns That Inhibit Our Ability To Learn New Ones, Or Interfere With Our Sense Of Physical Function And Wellbeing. We Can Work Specifically To Address Imbalances With Postures And Movements That Help Restore Movement Through Awareness And Mobilization.
