Use your voice- bring alignment to life with insightful and memorable cues that empower students to self adjust. Teach alignment as a fluid set of relationships, curves that ascend from the arches of the feet to the top of the head and down again.

Use your hands- many small adjustments add up to one whole posture. Learn how to guide and adjust your students with the lightest touch necessary, yet with precision and confidence. Use your hands to signal, awaken, and shape your students postures, while allowing them to feel safe and in control
